abstract The invention discloses a subculture medium for tissue culture seedling propagation of camellia oleifera abel, which comprises 0.6-3.0mg/L MS+6-BA and 0.06-1.5mg/L IAA. A subculture medium formed by adding 6-benzyl aminopurine and indoleacetic acid with specific concentration into an MS minimal medium performs subculture of the aseptic seedlings of camellia oleifera abel, and the multiplication rate of the aseptic seedlings of camellia oleifera abel can reach 3.88-5.57 after 40 days; and meanwhile, strong seedling treatment of the camellia oleifera abel seedlings is realized, subsequent strong seedling culture is not required for culturing the aseptic seedlings of camellia oleifera abel, the propagation period of tissue culture seedlings is shortened, the technology is simplified, and the raw materials for configuring a strong seedling medium are saved.
