titleOfInvention Simple fast after-ripening method of acanthopanax sessiliflorus seeds
abstract The invention relates to a seed propagation technology, and particularly relates to a simple fast after-ripening method of acanthopanax sessiliflorus seeds. The method comprises the steps of soaking the seeds with GA3 and 2,4-D mixed solution and then fishing out; uniformly mixing the seeds and river sand, and then putting the mixture into a wood trough; and performing poikilothermic treatment indoors, wherein in the first stage, the poikilothermic amplitude is 24+/-2 DEG C at daytime and the treatment time is 12 hours, the poikilothermic amplitude is 15+/-2 DEG C at night and the treatment time is 12 hours, and the treatment of the first stage lasts for 80-95 days; and in the second stage, the poikilothermic amplitude is 20+/-2 DEG C at daytime and the treatment time is 8 hours, the poikilothermic amplitude is 5+/-2 DEG C at night and the treatment time is 16 hours, and the treatment of the second stage lasts for 70-75 days. The occurrence rate of cotyledon embryo of embryo can exceed 98.9% in average. The seeds after poikilothermic treatment can directly germinate without a freezing layer, and the germination rate exceeds 97.5%. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of short acanthopanax sessiliflorus treatment time, strong operability, extremely high germination rate and the like, and can be popularized and applied to industrial seedling production and large-scale cultivation of acanthopanax sessiliflorus.
