abstract The invention relates to a method for processing health-care yellow rice wine added with lotus seed skin grinding powder. The method is a technology for preparing the health-care yellow rice wine by using the lotus seed skin grinding powder as an auxiliary material and rice as a main material on the basis of the traditional process of the yellow rice wine. The lotus seed skin grinding powder comprises a large amount of nutritional substances such as phenol, procyanidine, flavone and alkaloid; in the wine making process, the nutritional ingredients of the lotus seeds are extracted and utilized to the maximum degree through the processes of steaming, fermentation, long-time alcohol dissolution and the like; in the yellow rice wine prepared by the method, the lotus procyanidine content of reaches 25 mg/L to 100 mg/L, the flavonoid content is 100 mg/L to 500 mg/L and the alcohol content reaches 11 percent to 14 percent; and the yellow rice wine has the characteristics of low sugar, good flavor and high content of lotus active substances.
