titleOfInvention | Method for deironing and purifying oil of litsea cubeba |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for deironing and purifying oil of litsea cubeba. The purification method comprises the following steps: stirring, crushing and mixing 110g of citric acid, gluconic acid, phthalic acid and sorbic acid according to a ratio of 11:4:4:1 to produce a multi-component compound iron remover; 2, adding the crude oil of litsea cubeba and the compound iron remover into a reaction vessel in a certain proportion, stirring the mixture at normal temperature for a while, when the de-ironed oil of the litsea cubeba is checked and judged that iron does not exist, cleaning the de-ironed oil of the litsea cubeba with water and then neutralizing the de-ironed oil of the litsea cubeba; 3, dehydrating the de-ironed oil of the litsea cubeba secondarily by an oil-water separator, wherein the water content is controlled to be within 0.5 percent; and 4, dehydrating the dehydrated de-ironed oil of the litsea cubeba thirdly by a low temperature vacuum fractionation method to obtain the refined de-ironed oil product of the litsea cubeba, wherein the water content cannot exceed 0.5 percent,. The method has the advantages of a simple process, lower equipment requirement, a mild treatment condition, low processing cost, low energy consumption, no hazard waste emission and particular suitability for large scale production; and the prepared de-ironed oil of the litsea cubeba has a light color and pure aroma, the PH value and the color are not changed under the normal circumstance of storage and transportation. |
