The penfluridol self-micro-emulsifying nano composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-19.0 percent of penfluridol, 1.0-10.0 percent of oil phase, 5.0-55.0 percent of surfactant and 0.0-25.0 percent of cosurfactant. The self-micro-emulsifying nano technology is combined with penfluridol, the medicine can be self-emulsified into micro-emulsion particles of 1mu m in vivo, such as oral soft capsules, hard capsules, oral liquid and granules; or the medicine exists in a sterile solution form of a transdermal delivery system in vitro, such as preparation of ointment, gel patch and the like. According to the prepared self-micro-emulsifying nano composition, the adverse effect of the medicine is reduced, the absorption rate of the medicine is improved, the bioavailability of the medicine is improved, the curative effect of the medicine is enhanced, and the administration compliance of a patient is improved. |
