titleOfInvention | Method for selectively reducing nitrosamines in mainstream smoke of cigarettes |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for selectively reducing nitrosamines in mainstream smoke of cigarettes. TiO2 and aqueous alkali reacts in a polytetrafluoroethylene container after being mixed, the generated product and metal copper are washed and dried after being subjected to ion exchange so as to obtain a load-bearing titanate nanowire adding material; the load-bearing titanate nanowire adding material and an ethyecellulose ethanol solution are sufficiently mixed and stirred, the mixed solution is dried in vacuum, crushed and then is filtered by a 40-60 mesh sieve to prepare a required filter tip additive, and a binary filter tip is manufactured by a binary filter tip forming machine. Titanate nanowires are interwoven in a net shape, and the gap between every two nanowires is smaller. The structure is just like layers of filter screens capable of effectively intercepting the harmful substances from passing. In addition, as a large amount of Cu<2+> and -N-N=O of groups of nitrosamine, which have stronger interaction, exist on the surface of the titanate nanowire subjected to ion exchange, higher interaction is achieved. The cigarettes of the binary filter tip can be used for remarkably reducing special nitrosamines of four kinds of tobaccos in the mainstream smoke. |
