| abstract | The invention relates to an airtight automatic de-rusting machine for a pipeline repaired port. The airtight automatic de-rusting machine is especially designed for solving the problems caused by a manual open type sandblast de-rusting operation for the pipeline repaired port. A main structure of the de-rusting machine is formed by a four-driving running device and a horizontal running device which are used for supplying motive power to the peripheral stepping and horizontal moving of the automatic de-rusting machine and executing a polishing operation. The airtight automatic de-rusting machine can automatically run according to a preset control program and can finish the surface treating operation for the pipeline; the surface of the pipeline after being treated completely meets the grade demand; the used time is short; and the efficiency is high. The airtight automatic de-rusting machine can be used for successfully solving a series of problems caused in the manual open type sandblast de-rusting operation; the labor intensity is greatly reduced; the environmental pollution is avoided; the sand material is saved; and the processing quality of the repaired port is fully ensured. |
