| abstract | The invention provides a printing method for fabrics. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out color separation on printed patterns so as to obtain cyan, magenta, yellow, light black, light cyan, light red, sapphire and black patterns in the printed patterns; respectively carrying out screening and plate-making according to the patterns in each color so as to obtain a pattern plate corresponding to the patterns in each color; respectively preparing a color paste according to the patterns in each color so as to obtain a color paste corresponding to the patterns in each color; and carrying out pretreatment on fabrics, then sequentially carrying out superimposed printing on the fabrics by using corresponding pattern plates and color pastes, and carrying out ageing on the fabrics so as to obtain printed fabrics printed with the printed patterns. According to the invention, through combining with a principle of digital printers on the basis of a four-color separation principle, the operation of printing is performed by using an eight-color separation process, and through the adjustment on a drawing technique and a printing process, printing products are exquisite in effect, rich in color, and natural in transition. |
