titleOfInvention Cracking/waxing/oiling treatment agent for artificial leather
abstract The invention relates to a cracking/waxing/oiling treatment agent for artificial leather. The formula of the treatment agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of oiling resin, 25-35 parts of nitro-cotton resin, 15-25 parts of dimethylformamide, 8-12 parts of dimethylbenzene, 8-12 parts of butanone, 2-4 parts of dimethyl silicon oil and 0.5-2 parts of organic modified polysiloxane, wherein the oiling resin is a polyurethane resin of which the main chain is chemically connected with a polyethylene wax chain segment and a methyl silicon oil chain segment. The treatment agent provided by the invention is reasonable in formula design, especially the specific oiling resin. After the treatment agent is used for artificial leather, the leather surface has strong cracking effect, obvious oil penetration effect and remarkable waxing effect and feels good. Thus, the treatment agent is an ideal material for preparing high-grade artificial leather having genuine leather effect.
