abstract |
The invention relates to a nano functional material for energy-saving and environment-friendly lubricating oil. The material is prepared by synthesizing 30-50wt% of SiO2 nano material, 10-20wt% of ethylene glycol, 20-30wt% of tetramethyl decyne alcohol anti-oxidation and physical and chemical property conditioner and 20-40wt% of polyol ester. The material has the advantages and positive effects that through an internal combustion engine rig test, 7.3% of fuel oil can be saved by adding 5wt% of the material to the shell lubricating oil for internal combustion engines; and the material can save the fuel oil by 10-40% in actual use of vehicles, has an obvious energy saving effect, and is far beyond various domestic and overseas products with an additive energy saving rate being below 3%. |
