titleOfInvention Preparation method of special dioctyl maleate binder for composite woven fabric on surface of automobile interior part
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a special dioctyl maleate binder for a composite woven fabric on a surface of an automobile interior part, and the preparation method is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 5-7 parts of tert-Butyl formaldehyde resin 204, 10-12 parts of C5 petroleum resin, 5-7 parts of pentalyn, 0.3-0.5 parts of antioxygen 616, 0.1-0.2 parts of antioxygen 1010, 0.3-0.4 parts of triethyl citrate, 0.5-0.8 parts of ferrocene, 0.2-0.4 parts of epoxy Ethylhexyl stearate, 0.3-0.5 parts of dioctyl maleate, 3-5 parts of tree ash, 1-2 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 10-12 parts of modified kieselguhr, 3-5 parts of paraffin, and 1-2 parts of coupling agent of organic titanate (TMC-TTS). The binder prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has good thermal endurance and is especially applicable to the composite woven fabric on the surface of the automobile interior part; the composite effect is flat; and the composite woven fabric cannot be bubbled after being used for a long time.
