titleOfInvention Bio-based vulcanization polyester rubber particle and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a bio-based vulcanization polyester rubber particle with the particle diameter of 10-1000 nm and a preparation method thereof. The bio-based vulcanization polyester rubber particle can be prepared by the following steps: preparing a component A and a component B at a molar ratio of 0.95-1.2 to 1.0; performing melting and polycondensation on the component A and the component B to composite bio-based unsaturated polyester; and performing emulsification, irradiating vulcanization, and spray-drying on the prepared bio-based unsaturated polyester to obtain the bio-based polyester sulfide rubber particle, wherein the component A is bio-based aliphatic diol and the component B is one of or both of bio-based aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and bio-based aliphatic dicarboxylic acid anhydride. The bio-based vulcanization polyester rubber particle provided by the invention has higher degree of crosslinking, good physical and mechanical property, and good compatibility with a variety of polymers, can enhance the tough of plastics, can be used for preparing a thermoplastic elastomer, and can be used as a nucleating agent of polymer materials; raw materials adopted by the bio-based vulcanization polyester rubber particle are from renewable biological resources; and the irradiating vulcanization process is clean, energy-saving and pollution-free.
