abstract | The invention relates to a cortisone-RGD polypeptide conjugate shown in a general formula i, and a preparation method and application thereof. In the general formula i, RGDX is tetrapeptide Arg-Gly-Asp-X, and X is any one of three amino acids of Val, Phe and Ser. Experiments prove that the compound provided by the invention has excellent immunological suppression effect and anti-inflammatory effect and the side effect of osteoporosis is reduced. The compound can be clinically used as an immunological suppressant and anti-inflammatory agent having low side effect of osteoporosis. Meanwhile, the cortisone-RGD polypeptide conjugate can form nano spheres having a stable particle diameter of 200-700 nm through self assembly in a water solution. Thus, the cortisone-RGD polypeptide conjugate can be prepared into an immunological suppression pharmacosome, microemulsion or liposome targeted medicament. |
