The invention provides the noval [1,2,4] triazole [4,3-b] sym-tetrazine derivation compound and also provides the preparation method of the compound. Amine R-H and 3-(3,5-dimethyl-pyrazole-1-group)-[1,2,4] triazole [4,3-b] sym-tetrazine conduct substitution reaction in an organic solvent, and the corresponding [1,2,4] triazole [4,3-b] sym-tetrazine derivation compound is obtained. The compound has a function of inhibiting the activity of tumor cells, and is applied to preparation of functional food or medicine for preventing and treating tumor diseases; materials used in the method are easy to obtain; and the preparation method is simple in process and convenient to operate.
