abstract | The invention relates to synthesis and biological activity of a cyanoacrylate compound containing a pyrimidine phenylate structure. A compound with general formula I realizes good herbicidal activity against broadleaf weeds such as rape and amaranthus retroflexus in a corn field, and also shows excellent selectivity on crop and can be used as a herbicide. In the formula, wherein R1 represents C1-C3 alkyl, C1-C3 alkoxy, halogen or H<->; R2 represents C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 alkoxyalkyl, and R3 represents C1-C3 alkylthiol and C1-C3 alkyl. |
