titleOfInvention Method for recycling paracetamol from refined mother liquor by using adsorption resin
abstract The invention discloses a method for recycling paracetamol from refined mother liquor by using adsorption resin. The method for recycling the paracetamol from the paracetamol producing refined mother liquor by using the adsorption resin comprises the following steps: A, enriching the paracetamol in the refined mother liquor produced in a paracetamol refining process through macroporous adsorption resin at a speed of 0.1-30 BV/ h till adsorption saturation; B, desorbing the saturated macroporous adsorption resin in the step A by using an acetic acid solution at a flow speed of 0.1-30 BV/ h; and C, drying and crystallizing the desorbed solution obtained in the step B to obtain a white solid, namely the paracetamol. The method has the advantages of reduction of energy consumption, simple process, easiness in operation and high recycling rate.
