abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a benzoic acid derivative III, which comprises the following steps: by using dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent, reacting m-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3,4-dichlorobenzotrifluoride at 80-130 DEG C under the action of alkali metal hydroxide by using halogenated cuprous salt and ligand as catalysts, wherein the mol ratio of alkali metal hydroxide to m-hydroxybenzoic acid is 2.0-5.0, and the total mass of halogenated cuprous salt and ligand is 0.5-5% of the mass of the m-hydroxybenzoic acid. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantage of mild reaction conditions, enhances the reaction yield and conversion rate, lowers the isomer generation proportion, and is more suitable for industrial production. |
