titleOfInvention | Thermal-insulating and energy-saving ceramic tile |
abstract | The invention discloses a thermal-insulating and energy-saving ceramic tile, and belongs to the field of ceramic tiles for house decoration. The ceramic tile comprises a brick body at the bottom, a thermal-insulating layer in the middle, and an outer enamel layer; microcellular structures are uniformly distributed on the upper surface, facing the thermal-insulating layer, of the brick body; the thermal-insulating layer is prepared in the following way: N-methylimidazole and bromoalkane are stirred and refluxed at the same time for 24 to 48 h in a water bath of 70 to 100 DEG C according to the molar ratio being (1 : 1.2) to (1 : 1.5), so as to obtain a 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid crude product, the 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid crude product is subjected to washing, dissolving, crystallizing and drying to obtain a 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid straight product, graphite and copper powder are added in the ionic liquid according to the mass ratio being (1 : 3) to (1: 4), are heated until being fused, and are stirred uniformly to obtain the mixture, and finally, the mixture is coated on the upper surface of the brick body. The thermal-insulating and energy-saving ceramic tile is not cold to affect the skin any longer, can store heat, and reduces the energy consumption of a heater and ground heating. |
