titleOfInvention Environment-friendly carbon-free tundish dry material
abstract The invention relates to the field of indefinite form refractory materials, in particular to an environment-friendly carbon-free tundish dry material. The environment-friendly carbon-free tundish dry material comprises the components in percentage by weight as follows: 87.4%-95% of magnesia, 0.2%-1.5% of metal silica powder, 0.2%-1.5% of bentonite, 3%-9% of an environment-friendly bonding agent and 0-6% of a phenolic resin. The environment-friendly carbon-free tundish dry material mainly adopts the magnesia as a main raw material, and a novel environment-friendly bonding agent is adopted to replace a solid phenolic resin, so that no irritant gas is generated or only a trace of irritant gas is generated in the baking process; neither hydrogen nor carbon is increased for molten steel during continuous casting, so that the smelting of ultra-low carbon steel is guaranteed; further, other impurities can not be taken into the molten steel, and the collapse is prevented; and the environment-friendly carbon-free tundish dry material has the advantages of high strength, convenience in construction, simplification of dissolution, long service life, environmental protection and the like.
