abstract | The invention relates to a production method of a composite bio-enzyme preparation for domestic sludge decrement treatment. The production method is characterized by comprising the following processes sequentially: strain collection and extraction, strain cultivation, fermentation, and bio-enzyme separation and extraction, wherein the strain collection and extraction comprises the following steps: collecting bacteria from the domestic sludge, then cultivating by adopting a corresponding culture medium and mixing the corresponding strain and corresponding fermentation backing material for fermentation; the bio-enzyme separation and extraction process is a physical separating and extracting process or a chemical separating and extracting process, wherein the physical separating and extracting process is to conduct centrifugal separation to leavening by adopting a centrifugal method and the chemical separating and extracting process comprises the steps of adding ammonium sulfate into the leavening for salting out and then filtering. Compared with the prior art, the produced composite bio-enzyme preparation for domestic sludge decrement treatment has the advantages of removing odor, eliminating the inhibitional effect of H2S to nitrifying process, effectively reducing organic matters, converting soluble organic matters into carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, water and sulfate, reducing TSS (Total Soluble Solid), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), greatly decreasing the yield of the sludge, and being non-toxic and corrosion-free and avoiding secondary pollution. |
