titleOfInvention | Preparation method for high-efficiency dye decolorizing agent |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for a high-efficiency decolorizing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding one part of total dosage of a formaldehyde solution into a reaction kettle, pumping a residual formaldehyde solution into an overhead tank for standby; sequentially adding urea and ammonium chloride into the reaction kettle while stirring; heating materials in the reaction kettle to 28 DEG C-30 DEG C, then stopping heating, reacting for releasing heat so as to heat the reaction materials to 70 DEG C-75 DEG C, and performing heat preservation at the temperature for 1 hour; after the heat preservation, cooling the materials in the reaction kettle, then sequentially adding dicyandiamide, diethanol amine, ethanediamine and aluminum chloride crystal, and stirring so as to add and mix the materials uniformly; after the releasing peak of the reaction heat, starting to drop the residual formaldehyde solution in the overhead tank; after the dropping, conducting heat insulation; taking out a reaction product, adding water into the reaction product and mixing uniformly; and cooling and then packaging to obtain the high-efficiency decolorizing agent. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the urea is used, but the prepared decolorizing agent does not have the problem of layering and whitening at the lower temperature of lower than 10 DEG C. |
