titleOfInvention Nano flaky spherical anatase titanium dioxide and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to nano flaky spherical anatase titanium dioxide. The nano flaky spherical anatase titanium dioxide comprises 4-10 mu m of spherical anatase titanium dioxide (TiO2) which is self-assembled by a nanosheet with a particle diameter of 20-50nm and a thickness of 5-10nm, and the nanosheet forming the spherical titanium dioxide exposes a crystal surface (001) with high reaction activity. A preparation method of the nano flaky spherical anatase titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: mixing titanium source, fluorosilicic acid and water in proportions to prepare a synthetic solution; carrying out a crystallization reaction in a reaction kettle for 24-96 hours at 160-200 DEG C; washing, drying or roasting a synthesized sample to obtain the nano flaky spherical anatase titanium dioxide. No template agent or organic additive is added into a microsphere preparing process, and the direct hydro-thermal synthetic method is simple and easy. The titanium dioxide prepared by the invention has better photocatalytic performance, the activity of titanium dioxide photocatalytically degrading an organic pollutant of methyl orange is higher than the photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide P25, and the micron-sized spheres are unlikely to agglomerate, and are easy to recycle and reuse.
