abstract | The invention relates to a method for extracting phenylethanoid glycoside and flavonoid C-glycoside from corallodiscus flabellate, effectively solving the problem of extraction of the phenylethanoid glycoside and the flavonoid C-glycoside from the corallodiscus flabellate. The method comprises the following steps: taking a Chinese herb corallodiscus flabellate; adding ethanol, and performing reflux extraction; filtering; decompressing filtrate, and recycling a solvent; drying the filtrate in vacuum to obtain an extract for use; taking macroporous adsorption resin, and pretreating the macroporous adsorption resin; dynamically adsorbing the extract by the pretreated resin column; after complete adsorption, rinsing the resin column with distilled water, and eluting for impurity removal; after the impurity removal, eluting with ethanol till eluent is colorless; and collecting the eluent, thus obtaining the phenylethanoid glycoside and the flavonoid C-glycoside. The method is simple, easy to operate, low in extraction cost and high in extraction efficiency. |
