abstract | The invention discloses a dunaliella salina teodoresce beta-carotene microcapsule and a preparation method thereof. The capsule adopts dunaliella salina teodoresce beta-carotene extracting solution as a core material, and adopts sodium alginate containing emulsifying agent tween-80 as a wall material; the core material and the wall material are added in coagulating agent-calcium chloride after being evenly mixed according to the volume ratio of 1: (1-3), and are cured, filtered and dried to obtain the capsule; the specific preparation process comprises preparation of the core material, treatment of the wall material, preparation of core material/wall material mixed liquid, bead preparation, curing, filtration and drying; and then the dunaliella salina teodoresce beta-carotene microcapsule is obtained. The capsule and the method have the advantages that the inherent activity of the microcapsulated natural beta-carotene can be retained and the stability thereof can be improved to overcome the easy damage defect, and the defect of difficult dispersion in water solution can be made up, and the natural beta-carotene can be conveniently applied, transported and stored. |
