abstract The invention belongs to liquors and particularly relates to a ginkgo-sorghum liquor and a ginkgo-sorghum health-care liquor. The ginkgo-sorghum liquor is brewed by from ginkgo and sorghum which serve as raw materials; and the ginkgo-sorghum health-care liquor is prepared by taking the ginkgo-sorghum liquor as a wine base and Chinese medicinal herbs such as ginkgo leaves, ginkgo flowers, medlar, cassia seeds, astragalus mongholicus and rehmannia glutinosa as raw materials. The ginkgo-sorghum liquor and the ginkgo-sorghum health-care liquor which is prepared by taking the ginkgo-sorghum liquor as the wine base are clear and colorless, have a pure taste and are nontoxic and harmless. Ginkgo nuts are not required to be debitterized or detoxified in the preparation process; and liquor remaining in dregs of the Chinese medicinal herbs can be recycled by distilling, so that cost is saved, and environmental pollution is reduced.
