titleOfInvention | Preparation method and use method of composition for eliminating pores of coat of coating or printing ink |
abstract | The invention relates to a composition for eliminating pores of the coat of a coating or printing ink. The composition is composed of ethanediamine and lauric acid, wherein the weight ratio of the ethanediamine to the lauric acid is 1:9. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the composition. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, putting the ethanediamine and the lauric acid into a reaction container; 2, filling nitrogen into the reaction ncontainer; 3, heating; and 4, granulating. The invention further relates to a use method of the composition. The use method comprises the following steps: 1, adding the particulate ethanediamine and lauric acid composition prepared in claim 2 or 3 into the printing ink or coating to be processed; and 2, crushing the printing ink or coating added with the particulate ethanediamine and lauric acid composition to the crushed particle granularity of below 5mum. According to the invention, the particulate ethanediamine and lauric acid composition is added in the processing process of the printing ink or coating, so the performances of the printing ink or coating are effectively improved, and the pores are eliminated, thereby corrosion of coated objects, which is caused by the rupture of the pores, is avoided. |
