titleOfInvention Preparation method for TiO2/opal composite powder material
abstract The invention provides a preparation method for a TiO2/opal composite powder material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: using opal powder as a core-covering substrate; crystallizing TiO2 as a film-covering matter; and realizing reaction covering and modifying of the TiO2 on the surface of the core-covering substrate to obtain TiO2/opal composite powder material. In the composite powder material provided by the invention, the TiO2 is uniformly coated on the surface of the opal particle, so as to be stably combined. The powder material has pigment performances such as high covering power, good compatibility of an application system and the like, and good acid and alkali resistance. The TiO2/opal composite powder material prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can be used as a substitute of natural titanium dioxide.
