titleOfInvention Activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp
abstract The invention relates to an activated carbon, in particular to activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp. The activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp is prepared by the following steps: pretreatment of plant raw materials: sending the plant raw materials into a microwave vacuum tank, vacuumizing till the vacuum degree is -0.02MPa to -0.001MPa, then conducting microwave treatment for 1-3min at the microwave frequency of 300MHz-950MHz; preparation of plant charcoal; mixing and proportioning: weighing the following ingredients in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of aluminium hydroxide, 15-35 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 5-40 parts of plant charcoal and 3-8 parts of acrylic resin, mixing evenly in a blender mixer; grinding and pelleting; sintering: mixing and soaking the ground and pelleted particles with potassium oxalate solution for 3-4h according in proportion of 1:3-4, and then washing with deionized water until the pH value is neutral, wherein the mass fraction of the potassium oxalate solution is 8-10%; drying and increasing the temperature to 500-600 DEG C at a speed of 2-8 DEG C/min in a reduction protection atmosphere, preserving heat for 3-4h to obtain the needed activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp. The prepared activated carbon is high in adsorptive property, capable of providing good water quality and suitable for culture of crystal shrimp.
