abstract | The invention relates to a flue gas denitration reaction device of a catalytic fluidized bed. The flue gas denitration reaction device comprises a reaction tower and an outlet flue, wherein a flue gas expanding segment is arranged at the upper part of the reaction tower and is communicated with the outlet flue; a plurality of layers of catalyst support orifice plates are fixedly mounted at the middle part of the reaction tower; granular catalysts are accumulated on the catalyst support orifice plates; an airflow distributing plate is fixedly mounted on the reaction tower below the catalyst support orifice plates; open holes are evenly formed in the airflow distributing plates; the lower part of the reaction tower is bent over in a right angle so as to form an inlet flue; a denitration reactant adding device is fixedly mounted on the inlet flue; an inlet flue guiding plate is mounted in the reaction tower at the right angle bending part; an outlet flue guiding plate is mounted in the outlet flue; the lower part of the outlet flue is bent over in the right angle so as to form a gravity settling area; an ash bucket is fixedly mounted at the lower bottom part of the outlet flue; and a catalyst reflux device communicated with the airflow distributing plate and the ash bucket of the reaction tower is also mounted on the outlet flue. With the utilization of the principle of the fluidized bed, the diameter of the reaction tower is reduced, spaces and materials are saved, and the utilization rates of the catalysts and the reactants are improved. |
