titleOfInvention Traditional Chinese medicine composition used for treating asthma of children
abstract The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition used for treating asthma of children. The traditional Chinese medicine shows that children are in 'frequent spleen deficiency' and 'frequent lung deficiency' and water and dampness are not converted, so that phlegm and retained fluid are produced; and experience of exogenous evil is a primary cause of the asthma of the children which is recurrent. Aiming at solving the problems, traditional Chinese medicines which have the effects of tonifying kidney and spleen, warming lung and dispelling cold, preventing phlegm from forming and stopping cough as well as freeing lung and relieving asthma, comprising yellow oak, Chinese yam, savoury rhododendron leaf, ephedra, rust-coloured crotalaria herb with root, coix seed, phaenosperma, white atractylodes rhizome, ophiopogon latifolius, Lanjiang lily bulb, mulberry leaf, semen brassicae, asarum, schisandra chinensis and liquorice are selected in the invention and are decocted with water into decoction; the clinical test of the hospital (described in the specification) shows that the total effective rate reaches up to 97.9% and is obviously better than that of a control group and recurrence rate of each year is also far lower than that of the control group, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the invention is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
