titleOfInvention | Poly-lactic-co-glycolic acid-polylysine-polyethylene glycol-tetrandrine and daunorubicin copolymer nanoparticles as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses poly-lactic-co-glycolic acid-polylysine-polyethylene glycol-tetrandrine and daunorubicin copolymer nanoparticles as well as preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a copolymer in an organic solvent (O), forming an oil-phase polymer, dissolving a medicine in an aqueous phase (W1), slowly adding the aqueous phase into the oil phase until primary emulsion (W1/O) is formed, rapidly adding the prepared primary emulsion into another aqueous phase (W2), performing multiple emulsion to form multiple emulsion (W1/O/W2), drying the nanoparticles subjected to multiple emulsion in an organic phase, centrifuging the solution through a high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, spinning the precipitate by using water, repeatedly operating twice, and preparing the PLGA-b-PLL-g-PEG coated tetrandrine and daunorubicin copolymer nanoparticles. The copolymer nanoparticle carrier is easy and convenient in preparation method, a medicine loading method is suitable for industrial production, and the environmental pollution is less. |
