titleOfInvention Graphene derivative and preparation method thereof, and organic electroluminescence device
abstract The invention provides a graphene derivative and a preparation method thereof, and an organic electroluminescence device, belonging to the technical field of organic electroluminescence and solving the problems of higher evaporation temperature and lower work function of the existing graphene material. The graphene derivative provided by the invention has a general formula shown in a figure, wherein A represents a graphene matrix, the quantity of substituent groups is n, each substituent group is connected to two adjacent carbon atoms of one carbon ring of the graphene matrix, X represents -NO2 or -CN, R represents one of -R1, -R2, -O-R1, -O-R2, -R1-C6H5, -R2-C6H5 and -R3, R1 represents an n-alkyl with a carbon atom number of more than or equal to 5, R2 represents a substituent n-alkyl which has a main chain carbon atom number of more than or equal to 5 and is connected with a substituent alkyl, C6H5 represents phenyl and is connected to the tail end of the R1 or R2, and R3 represents aryl. An anode layer of the organic electroluminescence device provided by the invention comprises the graphene derivative.
