titleOfInvention | Chlorine dioxide generator |
abstract | The present invention discloses a chemical method chlorine dioxide generator, which comprises a measurement material supply system, a pre-reactor and a multi-stage main reactor, wherein the measurement material supply system, the pre-reactor and the multi-stage main reactor are sequentially connected, the multi-stage main reactor comprises a second-stage reaction liner, a third-stage reaction liner, a fourth-stage reaction liner and a fifth-stage reaction liner, and the second-stage reaction liner, the third-stage reaction liner, the fourth-stage reaction liner and the fifth-stage reaction liner are sequentially connected. The chlorine dioxide generator has the following advantages that: the first-stage pre-reaction and multi-stage main reaction combined system is provided, the structure is scientific, the layout is reasonable, and problems of low raw material conversion rate, high unconverted raw material content in the product, poor safety in the reaction, and the like in the prior art are overcome; and micropores on the bottom of the reaction liners provide aeration effects so as to substantially increase a combination effect of chlorine dioxide molecules and micro-bubbles, such that the product is rapidly extracted, the chemical reaction equilibrium moves toward the resultant, a raw material conversion rate is high, operation cost is low, and characteristics of safety, reliability, no toxicity and health are provided. |
