abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a rubber material for preparing temperature-resistant and oil-resistant rubber products for vehicle pipelines. The method includes the following steps of: (1) introducing water to cool a Banbury mixer; banburing rubber materials, reinforcing fillers, a plasticizer, activators, an accelerant, anti-aging agents and lubricants in the Banbury mixer; unloading rubber under a rubber temperature of below 120 DEG C; forming sheets on an open mill; and cooling to obtain master batch; and (2) inputting the master batch into the Banbury mixer; blending under uniform addition of vulcanizing agents; unloading rubber under rubber temperature of below 90 DEG C; forming strips on the open mill; and cooling and standing for aging to obtain the temperature-resistant and oil-resistant rubber material used for manufacturing products such as vehicle oil return pipelines. The rubber products of vehicle oil return pipelines manufactured by using the produced rubber material pass detections for various mechanical strength and physical and chemical indicators, meet ELV (End-of Life Vehicles) directive requirements, have improved temperature-resistant and oil-resistant performance, satisfy increasingly high requirements of vehicle industry on rubber products, and accord with Mazda MES PA32688 standards. |
