titleOfInvention Treatment method of waste butyl lithium steel bottle
abstract The invention provides a treatment method of a waste butyl lithium steel bottle, and discloses a method for discharging and harmlessly treating residual butyl lithium-containing organic solvent in the waste steel bottle. The method comprises the following steps of: discharging butyl lithium-containing organic solvent in the steel bottle into an absorption extraction groove to be reacted with absorption liquid; after reaction, stewing and layering the absorption liquid, and skimming the layered liquid, wherein the upper-layer organic solvent is recycled, and the lower-layer absorption liquid and reaction residue are burnt; and breaking the treated steel bottle to be comprehensively utilized. According to the method provided by the invention, the safe stabilized and harmless treatment to the waste butyl lithium steel bottle can be guaranteed, and the damage of the butyl lithium leakage remained in the steel bottle to the surrounding populations and the environment can be avoided. The scheme is high in operability and practical applicability, and free from the occurring of secondary pollution. Meanwhile, the organic solvent generated in the process of treatment can be recycled, so that the treatment method is very good in economic benefit.
