titleOfInvention | Wide temperature and caesium-adding catalyst for preparing sulphuric acid from sulfur dioxide oxidation, and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a wide temperature and caesium-adding catalyst for preparing sulphuric acid from sulfur dioxide oxidation, and a preparation method thereof. The weight percentage of each component in the catalyst is as follows: 6.0-8.0% of V2O5, 1-10% of K2SO4, 1-10% of Na2SO4, 1-10% of Sb2O3, 0.5-3% of Al2O3, 1-10% of Cs2O, and the balance being diatomaceous earth, wherein the molar ratio of K2O to V2O5 is 2.8-3.0. The catalyst ahs the advantages of stability, chalk resistance, high strength and the like of a conventional wide temperature catalyst for preparing sulphuric acid from sulfur dioxide oxidation. At the same time, the discharge amount at low temperature stage is reduced significantly. The catalyst has the characteristics of low initiation temperature, wide application temperature range and chalk resistance, and low discharge amount at the low temperature stage. The activity of the catalyst at the temperature of 410 DEG C is 5-8% higher than that of S119; and the activity of the catalyst at the temperature of 485 DEG C is 8-10% higher than that of S108. |
