titleOfInvention Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin itch as well as preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin itch as well as a preparation method and application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components: prepared fleece flower root, cortex dictamni, spina gleditsiae, radix stemonae and uniflower swisscentaury root. Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-70 parts of prepared fleece flower root, 5-40 parts of cortex dictamni, 2-20 parts of spina gleditsiae, 2-20 parts of radix stemonae and 2-20 parts of uniflower swisscentaury root. The invention further provides the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and the method comprises the following steps of: a) taking the prepared fleece flower root in proportion, and extracting by organic solvent which is mutually soluble with water to obtain an extractive A and drug dreg; b) extracting the drug dreg obtained by the step a) by water to obtain an extractive B; c) taking the cortex dictamni, the spina gleditsiae, the radix stemonae and the uniflower swisscentaury root in proportion, and extracting by organic solvent which is mutually soluble with water to obtain an extractive C; and d) mixing the extractive A, the extractive B with the extractive C. The invention also provides the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparation of a medicine for treating skin itch. The test proves that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is prominent in effect to the pruritus cutanea.
