abstract The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine fumigating lotion for curing cervical, lumbar and dorsal muscle fasciitis. The chronic injuries of cervical, lumbar and dorsal muscles, ligament and joint capsules are the basic causes of the curing cervical, lumbar and dorsal muscle fasciitis and belong to a chronic muscle injury range, and the main symptoms are blockage of local meridians and poor qi and blood circulation. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine fumigating lotion selects traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians as follows: securidaca inappendiculata, hopleaf ampelopsis root-bark, fragile blueberry roots, trogopterus dung, bigleaf fig leaves, stylose bittersweet stems, asarum, futokadsura stems, teasel roots, parasitic loranthus, saposhnikovia divaricata, cassia twigs, radix angelicae tuhuo and large-leaved gentian. The traditional Chinese medicines are ground by the manufacturing laboratory in the hospital into coarse powder, the coarse powder are uniformly mixed and are decocted with water to obtain the fumigating lotion, and the fumigating lotion is used for fumigating a painful part. The clinical experiments prove that the total effective rate is 97.5 percent, the pain is remarkably relieved, and the effect is superior to a control group; and particularly, the traditional Chinese medicine fumigating lotion has no toxic and side effects and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
