The invention discloses a forage for livestock and poultry and especially relates to a forage for a newborn rex rabbit. The forage comprises, by weight, 1 to 8% of corn, 1 to 10% of extruded soybean, 3 to 10% of wheat shorts, 8 to 16% of bran, 8 to 22% of soybean meal, 15 to 26% of clover, 3 to 12% of corn bran, 2 to 10% of a mixture of rice chaff and husk, 1 to 7% of rapeseed meal, 5 to 6% of a premix, 1 to 10% of pine needle powder, 1 to 7% of sawdust,1 to 4% of glucose and 1 to 9% of DDGS. The forage provided by the invention has good palatability, can enhance disease resistance of the newborn rex rabbit, prevents intestinal infection, promotes development of intestinal tracts, reduces the incidence rate of diarrhoea and abdominal distension, improves the growth speed of the newborn rex rabbit and increases the survival rate of the newborn rex rabbit. |
