abstract | The invention relates to an application of schizochytrium thallus residue containing normal hexane. The application comprises the following steps of: firstly pretreating the schizochytrium thallus residue; then mixing a schizochytrium thallus pretreatment liquid serving as a nitrogen source with straw for fermentation at the fermentation temperature of 38-42 DEG C to produce methane, with the mass ratio of the addition amount of the schizochytrium thallus pretreatment liquid to the straw being (1:1)-(1:25). According to the application, the thallus residue containing normal hexane generated in the production process of DHA by using schizochytrium is utilized, thus avoiding the waste of resources and environmental pollution, simultaneously reducing the production cost of methane, and improving the production effectiveness. |
