titleOfInvention Halogen-free flame retardant reinforced PCT/polyester alloy and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a halogen-free flame retardant reinforced PCT/polyester alloy. The PCT/polyester alloy is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-50% of PCT, 10-30% of polyester, 5-25% of compound halogen-free flame retardant, 10-40% of glass fiber, 2-20% of toughening agent, 0.3-1% of polyester nucleating agent, 0.1-0.9% of antioxidant and 0.2-0.6% of lubricating agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the alloy. The preparation method have the advantages that as the appropriate nucleating agent is adopted, the crystallinity of polyester is improved and the processability of the alloy is optimized; the PCT alloy has the advantages of good mechanical property, flame retardance, insulativity, easiness in processing forming and the like and simultaneously meets the requirements of EU RoHS, IEC non-halogenation and Reach regulations; and meanwhile, the PCT alloy has better aging resistance and hydrolysis resistance than PC alloys, so the PCT alloy has better application prospect.
