abstract The invention discloses a preparation technology of an antioxidant di(2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol) phenylphosphite. The preparation technology is characterized in that dichlomphenylphosphine, an acid-binding agent and 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol are used as raw materials, a liquid organic matter is used as a solvent, the temperature is controlled at 10 DEG C to 30 DEG C in the reaction and dropwise adding process, and heat is preserved for 3-15 hours at the temperature of 10 DEG C to 30 DEG C to complete preparation. Hydrochloric acid generated in the reaction process can be absorbed by an acid-binding agent triethylamine to obtain hydrochloride. The antioxidant di(2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol) phenylphosphite finished product with different qualities can be obtained by controlling various reaction conditions, proportion and temperature, thus a new additive is provided for plastic industries and rubber industries.
