abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a film compound fabric. The method comprises the steps of: (1) adding polyurethane granule into an organic solvent, adding a permeating solvent and a silane coupling agent after the polyurethane granule is dissolved completely, and mixing uniformly to form a polyurethane coating solution; (2) coating the polyurethane coating solution onto a teflon film and drying to obtain a teflon modified film; and (3) carrying out hot pressing on the teflon modified film and a fiber fabric to obtain a teflon film compound fiber. The aperture of a micropore of the teflon modified film prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention is controllable between 0.08-0.50Mum, the water vapour transmission rate of the compound fabric prepared by using the method is 5000-12000g/m2 per hour, the water pressure resistance is 80-200kpa, and after being washed by water for 25 times, the water vapour transmission rate is 7000-15000g/m2 per hour, and the water pressure resistnace is 40-150kpa. |
