| abstract | The invention discloses a feed additive for preventing and treating fowl plague and a preparation method thereof. The feed additive is prepared from the following raw material components by weight ratio: 0.5-1.5 liquorice, 2-4 purslane, 1-3 glossy privet fruit, 4-6 aster striatus, 1-3 herba epimedii, 1-3 isatis root, 4-6 bamboo charcoal powder and the like. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the liquorice and the like in proportion, soaking for 30 minutes by adding water of which the quantity is eight times as heavy as the quantity of the mixture and heating to be boiled, continuously heating for 2 hours, extracting an extracting solution I, decocting the residual dregs of a decoction of which the quantity is 5 times as heavy as the quantity of water for 1.5 hours, extracting an extracting solution II, mixing the two extracting solutions, and concentrating till the specific gravity is 1.14 under 80 DEG C vacuum to obtain a liquid medicine I for later use; adding aster striatus into the water of which the quantity is 1.5 times as heavy as that of the aster striatus, heating till boiling, slowly heating to keep the slight boiling for 2 hours, extracting an extracting liquid III, and evenly mixing the liquid medicine I to obtain a liquid medicine II; and evenly mixing the bamboo charcoal powder and corn core powder, adding the mixture into the liquid medicine II, sufficiently stirring until the mixture is even, and carrying out low-temperature drying to obtain the feed additive. By utilizing the feed additive provided by the invention, the immunity of chicken can be enhanced, the appetite can be promoted, the growth of the chicken can be promoted, and the feed additive is free from toxic and side effects and vestigital; and the fowl plague can be prevented and treated. |
