abstract The invention provides a preparation method of powdered agrobacterium vitis strain AE206 biopesticide, and the preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing a strain; carrying out primary fermentation, namely, seeding tank fermentation; carrying out secondary fermentation, namely, production tank fermentation; and manufacturing the powdered biopesticide. The method is characterized in that in the preparation process of the strain, a shake flask culture medium comprises cane sugar, beef extract, yeast powder or yeast extract powder, MgSO4.7H2O and distilled water. By selecting various technological conditions in the preparation method of the agrobacterium vitis strain AE206 biopesticide, the invention provides a method for producing the agrobacterium vitis strain AE206 biopesticide on a large scale; and the prepared agrobacterium vitis strain AE206 biopesticide is high in robe yield and low in production cost.
