abstract The invention relates to a cultivation method of a Chlamys nobilis new strain enriched with DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) and an application thereof. The cultivation method comprises the following steps of selecting seeds, cultivating an F1 generation genealogy and cultivating an F2 generation new strain; and carrying out two generations of directional breeding to cultivate the Chlamys nobilis new strain enriched with the DNA. The invention further provides the application of the cultivation method in the cultivation of other shellfish new varieties. According to the cultivation method, the shellfish new strain can be cultured from the aspects of sensing, color and cluster, and nutrition; the cultivated Chlamys nobilis new strain has beautiful attractive color and cluster; a shellfish, an adductor muscle and a pallium are orange; in-vivo tissues are enriched with the DNA; and therefore, the Chlamys nobilis new strain has obvious economic value, health-care value and medical value, and has a wide market prospect.
