abstract The invention discloses a method for producing selenium-rich dendrobium huoshanense by utilizing organic selenium biological agent, comprising the following steps: the biological agent which is rich in organic selenium and prepared by EM (effective microorganisms) probioltics is diluted to the selenium content of 20-30 mg/L, the biological agent is sprayed to the surface of the dendrobium huoshanense plant and culture medium respectively in April and September each year, the spray mount is 40-60 ml/m<2>, the biological agent is sprayed once every 5-7 days, and the biological agent is totally sprayed for 5-6 times. The leaves of dendrobium huoshanense to which the organic selenium biological agent is sprayed is rich in selenium, the dendrobium huoshanense accords with the limit standard of selenium-rich tea in NT/T600-2002 promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture of China, so that the effects of disease prevention and disease resistance of the dendrobium huoshanense are better played, and the immune function of a human body is improved.
