titleOfInvention | Photocurable imprint composition and method for forming pattern using same |
abstract | The present invention provides a photocurable imprint composition capable of forming a shape pattern with excellent reproducibility, regardless of the type of polymerizable monomer, which has good pattern transferability and good peelability from a mold (pattern formation surface); and A method of forming a pattern on a substrate by photoimprinting using the composition. A composition for photocurable imprints containing a polymerizable monomer (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group, a photopolymerization initiator (B) and a polymerizable monomer having a (meth)acryloyl group. The hyperbranched polymer (C) obtained by bulk polymerization. The composition preferably contains 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of the photopolymerization initiator (B) and 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of the hyperbranched polymer (C) relative to 100 parts by mass of the polymerizable monomer (A). |
