titleOfInvention Method for producing high-grade knitting yarns by blending aloe fibers and cotton
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing high-grade knitting yarns by blending aloe fibers and cotton. Aloe fibers and cotton fibers are chosen. After being blown, carded and predrawn, the aloe fibers are combined with combed cotton silvers on a drawing frame, and after roving, spinning and winding processes, cheeses are produced. The blowing process adopts low speed, more carding, less beating, wide gauge, fewer feeding, less noil and heavy pressure; the carding process emphatically solves the carding degrees, realizes the purpose of single fibers, and reduces the fatigue damage of fibers to the max; the drawing process can uniformly blend the ingredients, reduces hooked fibers, and adopts light weight, heavy pressure, low speed, one step of predrawing and three steps of blending; the roving process adopts light weight, heavy pressure, low speed and high twist; and the spinning process adds a siro-spinning mechanism on a spinning machine, and adopts a moderate coefficient of twist, low spindle speed and low rubber-covered roller pressure. When the method is adopted, hairiness is less, anti-fuzzing and anti-pilling properties are good, the strength is high, a fabric is fluffy, soft and resilient, and produced clothing is comfortable to wear, has good warmth-keeping property, and has the effects of protecting and smoothing the skin.
