titleOfInvention | Gene analysis method of detecting digestibility of intestinal canals of crucian carp |
abstract | The invention discloses a gene analysis method of detecting digestibility of intestinal canals of a crucian carp. Expression of a key transcription factor CDX2 for regulating digestive absorption of nutrient substances in the canal cells of the crucian carp is used as a basis for analyzing the digestibility of the crucian carp; an analysis from a molecular level is carried out according to a fluorescent quantitation PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) result of the key transcriptin factor CDX2, so that not only is a conventional digestibility estimation method is covered, but also a more convenient gene analysis is proposed for evaluation as follows: the quantitative expression result of the CDX2 gene in the canal cells of the crucian carp, and the apparent digestibility, which is measured by a conventional wet ashing quantitative method, of the crucian carp form a positive correlation as an evaluation basis. Compared with the conventional method, the gene analysis method disclosed by the invention can accurately evaluate the apparent digestibility and the later digestive absorption potentiality of the canals from the molecular level; and moreover, the method is simple and convenient, thus providing technical support for optimizing a feed formula of the crucian carp. |
